TO OUR VOLUNTEERS, WE THANK YOU!
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful volunteers who give their time and energy in helping to keep our church services running smoothly and our premises looking spick and span. Being a volunteer is not only a fantastic gift to Karori Anglican but it also plays a huge part in bringing joy, purpose and fulfilment.  Thank you!!
We are always looking for more volunteers to help in many different ways.  If you would like to join the volunteering team in any area then please do let us know and we can discuss where your passions lie and where you may like to help.  Contact Heidi for more info. heidi@karorianglican.org.nz

LATEST TE KORŌRIA UPDATE
Work on the fit-out details progressed this week with the receipt of a kitchen concept design and costings from Southern Hospitality. The full scope of the fit-out is now clear and it presents plenty of opportunities for contributions towards specific items.  There is a floor plate on the main Te Korōria building now which at least keeps the builders working underneath it dry.  The flashing between the old and new roof of the Community Space has finally been installed after some windy weather delays.  If you have a spare pile of Gib board under your house, let us know. Like seemingly every contractor in New Zealand, including Choice Construction, needs it!

On Monday night there was a combined Finance Committee and Te Kororia Build Project Control Group meeting.  This meeting closely reviewed project scope, spend, progress and funding.  Our fortnightly site meeting took place on Thursday and is a time for Choice Construction, Studio Pacific Architects and Karori Anglican to catch up and work on the many things that come up during construction.

Last week we thanked the Choice Construction crew, this week it is time to thank the Karori Anglican interior design team for their input to the fit-out design. Ka pai!
