Sunday Kids

Our Godzone (kids programme) on Sunday caters for the young up to school year 8 and is run alongside the 10.30am Service. Godzone groups meet every Sunday in term time.

JAM – Age 2 to 5 years old
We start in church at 10.30am, and then move out to the gathering area.  It is a time to learn about Bible stories, craft, sharing, playing games and having fun, whilst learning how much God loves them.

IMPACT – School Years 1 to 5
Starts in the Church at 10.30am then moves to the Church offices.  It is an action packed 40 minutes of learning about God’s amazing love, fun, games, and thinking about their own faith.

CROSSFIRE – School Years 6 to 8
Starts in the Church at 10.30am then moves to the Church offices.  It is a place where tweens can hang out, enjoy a hot chocolate and biscuits, and go deeper in their knowledge of the bible.

Collective Youth

The Collective Youth Group is inclusive and welcoming for all youth.  We meet on a Friday evening from 6.40pm at the parish office at 8 Fancourt Street We are a community, a “collective” of young people and young adults who together work, live and grow towards God.

The Collective is a group who want to journey through life together.  We want to go deep with each other, our church and community whilst also reaching towards God with everything we do.

School years 9-13 welcome!

House Churches

We have multiple house churches that meet online and in-person at a range of times during the week, both day time and evening.  We also have a couple of house churches who cater specifically to the needs of those who might be less mobile, or prefer day time meetings.  If you would like to be part of a house church, please get in contact with our office at this email address  office@karorianglican.org.nz

Our house churches focus on deepening our discipleship journey, sharing life together (having fun) as we listen for how God is calling us to serve our community and take action.

Alpha

We run the Alpha Course every year.  This is a fantastic course to come along to, whatever your faith, or however long you have been exploring Christianity.  Everyone is welcome, the course is free, and any questions you have can be explored.  Please get in touch to find out when our next course will be run.  They are usually 10 weeks long, starting in July/August each year.

Whānau Lunch

Once a month all families and friends are invited to join us for a shared lunch in our Play Garden beside St Mary’s following the 10.30am service, approximately 12noon.  Please feel free to join us.  The kids have a great time on our new climbing equipment!

Do you knit?
Do you want to learn to knit?

Love N Stitches do just that with love and laughter.
