Now that our SGM has approved proceeding with Te Korōria construction, we have taken a significant step forward!  The next step is to get final sign off from the Diocese (because they own the land and all buildings), and we are in the process of finalising the loan agreements and building consent.  We are expecting those to go smoothly.  Our estimated timeline should see the work beginning on the hall complex (actual diggers and builders on site) in September!!!  If you have been considering whether to donate to this build (either now or in the future), please let us know, as it will really help with our financial planning for construction.  Please keep this project in your prayers for funding and as we continue to develop all the missional opportunities this building will support.

KARORI ANGLICAN CHURCH AWAY WEEKEND
Our Church Away Weekend (the first one in some years) was held in March at Palm Grove, Paraparaumu. All who attended had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the great venue and speaker.  Given the success of this event, it has been decided that we will run it every 2 years (alternatively) with New Wine for January 2022.

GIFT OF STOLES – REV DAVID JONES
Mrs Jennifer Jones has kindly gifted seven stoles from her late husband David to St Mary’s.
This is a very timely and appreciated gift as our previous stoles were destroyed in the Vestry fire.
Thank you Jennifer.
