Remember—John’s office door is open on Tuesdays 3.30—5.00 pm for parishioners to talk to him. Not available if it is the 5th Tuesday of the month.

Stamps from your Christmas mail
Rather than discard those stamps, please consider saving them for Anglican Missions and place in the box at the back of the church. Leave plenty of paper around the stamps when tearing from the envelope as the stamps are sold on paper.  Stamps from any country are welcome throughout the year.

Shrove Tuesday
16 February 5.30 pm onwards.
Pancakes on the church lawn.  BYO pancake fillings and toppings.

St Philip’s Fellowship
17 February following the 10 am Ash Wednesday service.  Diane Windsor is the speaker.  Diane worked in Pakistan for many years with CMS and is now working for the Foundation for the Blind.  Anyone welcome.

Rosters March—May
Please advise Ken Wheeler by the end of Sunday 21 February of dates you will be unavailable for both the rosters, for the March to May period.  Also please advise him of any changes to your contact details.  Any one who would like to help on the rosters is most welcome.

Tonight Hear Mark Griffiths
Mark Griffiths will be speaking at 7.00 pm service.  Mark is the New Wine UK Children’s Ministry Team Trainer and has recently completed a PhD in child evangelism and church growth published under the title, "One Generation from Extinction".  He has been involved in running large scale events and training church leaders both nationally and internationally for many years. He has developed outreach projects, discipleship groups, after-school clubs, Sunday schools, holiday programs and residential conferences. He is author of Fusion, Impact, Detonate and Don’t Tell Cute Stories – Change Lives.

Mid-week Services
Our regular mid-week services have restarted.  They are on Wednesdays 10.00 am, and Thursdays 10.30 am.

Ash Wednesday Services

Ash Wednesday services will be held 17 February, 10 am and 7 am.  The 10 am service will be followed by the St Philip’s Fellowship and the 7pm service will be followed by the start of the Wednesday Lenten study series.
